A fancy dessert fit for a kid.
I think this was originally part of a coffee or tea cup set, but to me it looked like small dessert cups. I don’t know who could drink a hot drink out of this tiny cup, useful re-purposing.

This was super quick and easy, (well, except for the homegrown bok choy, but really that was the easiest cabbage to grow),
One Package of Organic StirFry Mix, I think I found this in the bagged salad section at Whole Foods Market.
One Can of Organic Green Beans, well, I usually don’t have canned green beans on hand but got into the Vegan Thanksgiving ingredients a bit early
Some pre-cut up organic homegrown Bok Choy
Some organic frozen Peas, I love peas, I would eat them with everything. Yum!
A Cut Up Organic Red Onion
Spice it up-Use your Favorites, I used dried organic homegrown Italian flat leaf parsley, and some others
Make a sauce- Just mix your fave condiments together.
Cook and eat.
Serve over rice or in a wrap.

When the garden is producing I go outside pick everything I can see that looks tasty and put it all on a mega sandwich.
My current sauce of choice is: Veganaise Blue Cheese Dressing.

Probably the only jar sauce you will ever see me use is the Victoria Vegan Vodka sauce. Recently I found it at a common store (Meijer) and was so excited!
Here is a dish I made with organic pasta, Beyond meat veggie balls (the only brand I will eat of these), topped with the vodka sauce and some vegan parm. This ended up being a very tasty calorie filled dish!

My favorite time of year is when our garden feeds us!
This is a simple salad made of fresh cucumber, heirloom tomato (skin and seeds removed), celery, garden chives, and flat Italian parsley. All of this is from our organic garden.
Then take your favorite dressing or sauce and dress it up.

Garden time is my favorite time of the year. Just cut it up, cook it up and eat. This is an assortment of several types of peppers with red onion, broccoli and cauliflower. A blend of fresh organic herbs cooked with water (oil free) and a bit of your favorite seasonings from the spice rack and this is good to munch.
They all look good, but if you don’t do coconut oil, you might want to skip Cafe Gratitude, especially in the desserts.
Also, if it is your birthday, don’t expect any fun, freebies or customer gratitude at this restaurant. There’s none of that there, except for the fun you provide yourself. Cafe Gratitude was a disappointment for a birthday traveler visiting this area for the first time.
Just like mom makes, well, kinda: brown rice, black beans and a bit of cashew cream cheese. Cafe Gratitude is organic, so that’s great for us.
This was very tasty, made the classic way (tomato, basil on toasted bread), but with an added vegan nut based cheese.
